      Nepal Applies Balance Neighbour Policy In Delhi                                                        By Baburam Poudyal         Indian foreign minister Sushma Swaraj informally arrived Kathmandu just after the left alliance secured a massive victory in the provincial and federal election and leftist leader K.P Sharma Oli was in waiting to be the Prime minister shortly forming the government. She defines her Nepal trip as a goodwill visit.  Before this Indian Prime minister, Narendra Modi congratulated Mr. Oli for winning the election over the phone. The unusual and unexpected phenomenon was indicating a new changing in India's Nepal concern.
